Tanisha is a dedicated and empathetic graduate student intern who is focused on empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. With abundant life experience, her empathy and rapport sets clients at ease as they begin thier journey of healing. She is currently working towards completing her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Her dedication to empowering others to realize their potential is driven by her own experiences of personal development, loss, and life's transition. She motivates individuals to deconstruct their comfort zones and pursue their desired life. 

Trust, accountability, and ongoing development are the cornerstones of her counseling approach. Equipped with Gottman Level 1 & 2 training and extensive experience in leading ministry support groups,  Tanisha is well-prepared to connect with others on their healing journey. Her goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where clients feel listened to and supported in making meaningful changes in their lives.

Her current therpaustic techinques include: CBT, DBT, Inner child work, and short-term solution-focused counseling, all of which equip clients to achieve and maintain results.

Her current populations served are: young adults, women, men, couples.
