As a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, I am eager to serve and support my clients.  My ideal client is someone who knows they want a better life but are not sure what next steps to take. Whether your issues are anxiety, low self esteem, self acceptance, guilt/shame, or poor communication/coping skills, I would love to come alongside you in the process. I understand life issues can manifest for anyone at any age and I am comfortable with various ages/genders/cultures. 

With certifications including Youth Mental Health First Aid and Adoption Competency, I am well equipped to serve a variety of needs and populations. 

I will allow you to first gain comfort and insight in the process of therapy. We will assess how the issue/concern/problem is affecting you. I will help you develop safe outlets and coping skills to manage your stresses as well as develop alternative thinking patterns that will create healthy lasting thought patterns.
