I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida, with 6 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I am here to support you in the process of overcoming. 

In our first session together, we will start with introductions, explore expectations, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us work together, and to help you become a better you.

My goals as a therapist are to offer a safe space to explore thoughts/feelings/experiences, to empower, identify strengths, and help you to learn/maximize new skills to overcome your obstacles. You can expect to feel supported, heard, rejuvenated and empowered. Ready to face your daily life.
